Eligibility for Returns

Tecca Office Furnishings does not accept returns unless the product arrives defective or damaged. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Please note that customized, special-order, or clearance items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer support team via email or phone to initiate your return.

Approval & Instructions: Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

Shipping Your Return: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility before a refund or exchange is processed.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so our team can resolve it promptly.
