Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

Tecca partners with reliable freight and parcel carriers to deliver your furniture safely. Shipping methods vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order and may include:

  1. Standard Ground Shipping – for smaller items such as chairs and accessories
  2. Freight Delivery (LTL) – for large items such as desks, conference tables, and bulk orders
  3. White Glove Delivery – available upon request for select locations, includes inside delivery, unpacking, and assembly

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
  • Standard Delivery: Typically 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Freight Delivery: Typically 7–14 business days after dispatch

Our customer service team will provide estimated delivery dates once your order ships. Please note that unexpected delays due to carrier issues, weather, or supply chain interruptions may occur.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, delivery address, and selected service.

Before completing your purchase, all applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. For large or bulk orders, our sales team may provide a custom shipping quote to ensure the best possible rate.

Freight Deliveries and Scheduling

For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the shipment at the scheduled time. Additional charges may apply for redelivery or special delivery arrangements.

Inspection and Damages

We take great care in packaging our products for safe transit. Upon delivery, please inspect all items carefully before signing for the shipment.
If any items are damaged or missing, please:

  1. Note the issue on the delivery receipt before signing,
  2. Take clear photos of the damage, and
  3. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

We will promptly work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or other suitable solutions.

International Shipping

At this time, Tecca ships exclusively within the continental United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, including to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible. Additional restocking or return shipping fees may apply.
