Track Order

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email that includes:

  • Your order number
  • A summary of the items purchased
  • Billing and shipping details
  • Estimated processing time

If you do not receive this confirmation within a few hours of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact our customer support team for assistance.

Processing and Shipping Updates

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

  • A tracking number
  • The carrier handling your shipment
  • A direct link to track your delivery in real time

This tracking link will allow you to view your order’s progress, including when it leaves our warehouse, reaches transit hubs, and is out for delivery.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order in two ways:

  1. Via Email: Click the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. On Our Website: Visit the Order Tracking page and enter your order number and email address to see the latest updates.

Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours after your order has shipped.

Freight Shipments

For large or bulk furniture orders shipped via freight carrier, tracking updates may differ slightly from standard parcel shipments.

The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment once your order reaches the local terminal.

You will be notified by phone or email regarding delivery time and unloading arrangements.

Please ensure someone is available to accept and inspect the shipment at the scheduled time.
